Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY AND IMPACT
As Manager – E-Commerce Planning, you will work closely with the E‑Commerce Planning and Activation, Affiliate, and Livestream teams to ensure operational excellence in Commerce campaigns (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) with a strong focus on ensuring KPIs (Traffic, GMV, ROAS) are met.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute campaign structure and strategy, targeting tactics, and cadence for reporting, performance reviews, and forward planning.
- Test new ad copy and landing pages on an evergreen basis to improve ad relevancy, visibility, and sales opportunity.
- Constantly look for ways to improve targeting, bidding logic, and budget allocation.
- Conduct search campaign optimization tasks throughout the campaign life‑cycle (keyword mining and targeting optimizations, bidding, A/B tests, etc.).
