What the role is:

You are part of a team that formulates strategy and plans to transform the way MINDEF delivers digital services to our internal and external stakeholders.

What you will be working on:

• Develop Service Delivery (SD) digital masterplan and roadmap
• Oversee SD Operations Support Information Technology (OSIT) budget and product portfolio
• Conduct research on tech developments and identify opportunities to deploy relevant digital solutions to improve SD, in particular through the use of ready‑made Whole-of-Government (WOG) products
• Perform regular reviews of existing SD products, inclusive of user research, to ensure that they are meeting user needs and business objectives
• Address challenges of implementing cost‑effective digital solutions while ensuring they meet diverse user needs across MINDEF/SAF employees and NS population
