Manager – Digital Fraud Investigation & Forensic Analytics

Responsibilities

• To lead and conduct technical investigations of fraud incidents involving digital banking channels, payment systems and emerging financial technologies;


• To perform forensic analysis of transaction data, system logs and digital evidence to establish the root cause, identify control weaknesses and support recovery efforts;


• Responsible for analyzing fraud trends, modus operandi and emerging threats, and develop actionable fraud intelligence to strengthen the Bank's detection and prevention framework;


• To review digital products, payment processes and system changes from a fraud risk perspective, recommending appropriate preventive and detective controls;


• To keep in liaison with Information Technology, Information Security, Digital Banking, Operations and Business Units during investigations, control reviews and incident response;
