Position Summary:

The Manager is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, execution, and delivery, and management of strategic development projects in the Caribbean and the Americas. This role will build and sustain long lasting relationships throughout the region and understand the key challenges around development; providing and enacting solutions which will ensure RCG becomes the partner of choice for destinations as they improve infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a broad base of knowledge and some experience with the cruise industry and contract negotiation. In addition, in partnership with the local leadership, the person will assist with government relations, financial planning and analysis, research, and project management.
