1. Purpose of Position

  • Builds and leads a knowledge hub of multi-disciplinary technical experts delivering a gamut of technical services in the Design Review (DR) team across market segments and BV product lines.

  • Responsible for all operations of the Design Review team including Business development support, commercial & operational excellence, skill development, product & services innovation, to help secure market leadership for BV TC portfolio.

  • Leadership & Operations

    • Develop and execute Technical centre’s strategic vision for the Design Review team.

  • Drive achievement of annual budgets and resource utilization metrics for Design Review team set out by the IND product lines.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 (testing / calibration), ISO 17020 (inspection), and ISO 17065 (certification) standards where applicable.
