Job Description
**What you’ll do:**
The Manager – Programmatic Builds will lead a cross-functional Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) team responsible for programmatic industrialization of Datacenter-centric Engineer-to-Order (ETO) electrical assemblies across Eaton’s Electrical sector.
This role owns the end-to-end industrialization strategy, governance, and scalable deployment of Programmatic Builds, ensuring standardized, repeatable, and digitally enabled manufacturing systems across focus plants. The leader will drive rapid deployment, stabilization, and replication of high-mix, low-volume ETO production lines (switchboards, LV/MV switchgear, busways), while enabling sustainable improvements in productivity, quality, and schedule adherence.
The role acts as the central integrator between global industrialization teams, plant manufacturing engineering, launch leaders, and divisional stakeholders, ensuring consistent execution rigor, adoption of digital backbone (MES/ERP/SIOP), ...
