Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Consult with Marketing Managers and Product Owners to review briefs, validate feasibility, and define target audience rules.
  • Advise on segmentation approach, frequency capping/contact fatigue, and expected audience sizing to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Assess data availability across databases and repositories, and propose alternatives where attributes don’t exist.
  • Translate campaign briefs into clear inclusion, exclusion, and suppression logic.
  • Build and format channel‑ready audience outputs for email, SMS, push, in‑app, web personalisation, and direct mail partners.
  • Support dynamic personalisation by coordinating with creative teams on data tags and content requirements.
  • Design and schedule automated audience deliveries using platform capabilities and SQL‑driven workflows.
  • Write advanced SQL to extract, transform, and segment high‑volume customer data from CRM/CDP platforms.
