Manager, CNS Order Management NCA

We are looking for a Manager, CNS Order Management NCA to join our Consumables Supply Chain organization in Canada. This role is based in Canada with hybrid working options available and may also accommodate candidates located near other Metso locations. You will report to the Director, CNS Order Management NCA. Travel up to 5‑10%. You will lead a team of 5‑8 order management professionals focused on end‑to‑end order execution, customer service, and supply chain excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of order specialists.
• Ensure strong execution of customer orders and backlog management to accelerate net sales.
• Use supply chain analytics and AI‑enabled tools to identify risks, system gaps, and improvement opportunities.
