Introduction
We are looking for a Manager, CNS Order Management NCA to join our Consumables Supply Chain organization. In this role you will lead end‑to‑end order execution across Canada, ensuring high service levels, availability, and operational efficiency. You will have a strong impact on customer satisfaction, supply reliability, and operational performance, collaborating closely with market areas, business lines, logistics, sourcing, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from order entry to material availability. You will report to the Director, CNS Order Management NCA . This position is based in Canada with hybrid working options available. Travel to other locations is expected 5‑10% of the time. You will lead a team of 5‑8 order management specialists focused on end‑to‑end order execution, customer service, and supply chain excellence.
