Job description

We are seeking an experienced Manager with a Clinical background to assist with leadership of clinical and non clinical staff, lead team development and enhance the quality of care delivered in Community Care Villages across South Australia.

Duties include:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care services across the villages
• Manage clinical operations, care resources, budgets, and staffing to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery
• Coordinate workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of care staff
• Conduct resident assessments, develop personalised care plans, and monitor care outcomes
