Manager – Client Services & Delivery (Strong P&C Insurance)

We are looking for a Manager – Client Services & Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of P&C insurance projects , with a strong focus on Guidewire implementations . This role combines delivery leadership, client engagement, and team management to ensure high-quality execution and client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Guidewire implementations and P&C insurance projects.
• Drive execution across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter .
• Ensure adherence to best practices and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Act as the primary client interface , managing expectations and building strong relationships.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance outcomes.
• Monitor project health, risks, and governance , ensuring timely delivery.
