Job Description
Channel Distribution Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Distributor Core Work Process and ensure all sales KPIs and objectives are met.
- Act as a business consultant to distributor partners, providing advice on Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Distribution.
- Develop territory strategies, plans, and business programs aligned with regional strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead distributor business reviews, operational meetings, and DSP meetings.
- Collaborate with Distributor Development Managers and Distributor Operations Managers to plan and secure agreement on distributor cycle business plans and weekly KPI tracking.
- Train distributor sales personnel on the skills needed to meet business objectives.
- Report directly to the Area Channel Distribution Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holder.
- 3–5 years of experience in General Trade Sales.
