Job Purpose

To build best-in-class customer value propositions with a focus on affluent and super affluent customer segments. Ability to analyze value proposition economics and determine the right loyalty currencies including working with partners to build redemption capabilities.

Principal Accountabilities

• Product Strategy & Development – Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify product gaps and opportunities. Drive product development by hands‑on ownership from card art, collaterals and marketing assets, pricing, system functionality to digital onboarding. Understand network (scheme) value propositions and amplify the benefits in alignment with the target customer segment.
