**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our **Manager, Cardiovascular Diagnostic Services** , you will be a pivotal leader, driving operational excellence and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across our comprehensive cardiovascular programs.
Everyday you will expertly manage the daily operations of assigned cardiovascular units and services, encompassing strategic staffing, scheduling, financial oversight (budgeting), rigorous quality control, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong clinical knowledge in cardiovascular care, exceptional leadership and communication skills, a comprehensive understanding of cardiovascular service line operations, and proven experience in a healthcare leadership role, preferably within a cardiovascular setting.
