About the Role
Support and assist General Counsel(GC) in all aspects, including strategic planning, achieving business objectives, and ensuring effective and timely communication.Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: assist in strategic planning of GC function; draft the reporting materials of GC function
2. Legal Assignments: work on assigned legal tasks including, without limitation, litigation management; management of connected transactions; legal analysis, and reviewing and drafting legal documentation, etc.
3. Administrative Coordination
