About the Role
The Business Restructuring group encompasses all facets of corporate insolvency, business restructuring and special situations advice.
Our team works on career defining engagements, including accelerated sales of businesses, independent business reviews for financiers, safe harbour reviews for directors, litigation matters and general external administration work such as receivership sand voluntary administrations.
