The Vancouver office is seeking a Manager to join our Capital Markets Assurance team. This role provides an opportunity to work with dynamic publicly listed companies, SEC registrants, high‑growth enterprises, and organizations pursuing public market transactions. The successful candidate will lead assurance engagements, provide technical accounting guidance, support capital markets activities, and help develop both client relationships and future leaders within the practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance and non‑assurance engagements for Canadian reporting issuers, SEC registrants, and companies pursuing public market transactions in compliance with Canadian, U.S., and PCAOB standards.
• Plan and manage engagements, including risk assessment, materiality, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and execution.
