Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Preferred proposition strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of propositions, from design and structuring to rollout and ongoing optimization.
  • Plan and implement marketing and client engagement strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and loyalty.
  • Design and continuously refine the client engagement model and end-to-end customer journey to strengthen relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal business units and manage strategic partnerships (internal and external) to enhance product offerings, wealth advisory solutions, and client programs.
  • Drive revenue growth by ensuring propositions and engagement initiatives are commercially viable and aligned with client needs.
  • Monitor proposition performance, utilization trends, and client behaviour to optimize offerings and engagement approaches.
