**Position Summary...**
Our Supply Chain Labor Planning team plays a critical role in ensuring that Walmart’s vast logistics network runs efficiently and effectively. We use data-driven insights to anticipate labor needs, optimize workforce allocation, and enable our associates to deliver exceptional results at scale.
We are seeking a Manager, Advanced Analytics who will leverage Power BI, SQL, and advanced analytics techniques to transform complex data into actionable insights. In this role, you will work closely with operations and finance to solve critical business problems, improve labor forecasting, and enhance decision-making across the supply chain.
