Role Summary The Manager-Accounts will be responsible for end-to-end day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for the US entity/entities. This role ensures accurate books of accounts, timely month-end/quarter-end close, compliance with US GAAP, and reliable financial reporting to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Accounting Oversee general ledger accounting, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations Manage Accounts Payable (AP) vendor invoice processing, payments, and vendor reconciliations Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations Oversee payroll accounting coordination with HR/payroll vendor Maintain fixed asset register, depreciation schedules, and capex tracking Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring Month-End / Quarter-End Close Drive timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures Review and post month-end journal entries...
