Job Description
Expected wage range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
As a
Manager of Accounting & Controls
at CIMS LP, you will be a key contributor towards CIMS success by owning the full transactional accounting cycle alongside month-end close, internal controls, and audit coordination while embodying CIMS corporate values of Our People, Our Promise, Our Passion.
You will report to the Director of Finance and be accountable for:
Developing and executing sound strategies to implement the corporate strategic plan with respect to the Accounting function.
Supporting ERP transition activities (Implementation complete), including documentation and implementation of updated processes and procedures arising from system changes
Leading, mentoring, and developing accounting staff (including the AP Lead and supporting team) through effective daily communication, guidance, regular meetings, performance feedback, and training opportunities.
