About This Role:
This position is the manager/supervisor of the Student Services unit within the Office of the Registrar and utilizes a teamwork approach to ensure that the Office is providing quality service while adhering to University policies and procedures. The student services unit is responsible for FERPA, transcripts, graduation, commencement, NCAA eligibility, major changes, enrollment transactions, and other academic record functions. Each of these tasks are vital to university stakeholders and timely completion of services by the unit is important to student success. This position assists with the resolution of complex issues related to students' academic permanent records and student services; coordinates daily tasks of the area; and serves as the primary liaison between the office and academic community.
