The Manager, ABM Operations and Projects leads a team responsible for the management and daily operations of the Bank’s ABM network in Canada, including cash management and third‑party servicing for all outsourced ATM machines. The role also oversees the ATM claims and settlement process with external service providers.
This position supports the delivery of secure, cost‑effective currency supply solutions across the branch and ATM networks. Accountabilities span operational, technical, and financial components of currency services, including cash distribution, ATM servicing and maintenance, centralized processing, and data analytics.
