Overview

• Leverage your expertise in credit underwriting, commercial financing and leadership to lead a regional team responsible for preparing credit proposals for small and medium-sized agribusinesses and food processing companies.
• Directly influence the quality of credit decisions and risk mitigation for FCC.
• Lead, coach and develop a specialized underwriting team.
• Ensure that clear, comprehensive and consistent loan narratives are prepared within tight timelines.
• Act as a key liaison between Credit Risk, Operations and sales teams.
• Support the growth of the team's skills in the areas of credit culture and lending policies.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a related field or discipline
• At least five years of experience in commercial lending (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
