Job Description
Management Trainee
- Complete structured training across all restaurant operations.
- Learn and perform Front-of-House duties including customer service, cashiering, and order management.
- Gain exposure to Kitchen Operations, food preparation, food safety, and quality control.
- Assist in daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and operational excellence.
- Support manpower scheduling and team supervision.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve service issues.
- Prepare daily sales reports and operational documentation.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and business improvement initiatives.
