BPI/MS Insurance Corporation is looking for high-potential graduates to join its Management Trainee Program , a structured two-year rotational development program designed to develop future technical leaders in insurance operations.

The Management Trainee will gain hands-on exposure to Underwriting and Claims functions , while working closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Policy Issuance, Branch Operations, PMO, and IT.

Through structured training, supervised rotations, and project assignments, trainees will develop technical insurance expertise, analytical capability, and business acumen in a dynamic learning environment.
