Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and efficient workflow.
• Participate in training programs designed to develop skills in management, customer service, and operational strategies.
• Support management in implementing marketing initiatives to promote food and beverage offerings effectively.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock control and ordering processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements in service delivery and product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Willing to undergo 1 month training in Tarlac Head Office
• With experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
