About the Role

RD Electronics & Refrigeration is hiring Management Trainees for a structured, hands-on role covering business operations, customer coordination, quotations, office marketing, dispatch, basic accounts and administration.

This position is suitable for graduates who want practical exposure across multiple business functions and wish to build a long-term career in business management.

Unlike conventional entry-level roles restricted to one department, the selected candidate will work closely with the management team and gain direct exposure to the day-to-day functioning of a growing distribution business.
