Job Description
-Manages the senior crew
-Formulates programs for assigned KRAs and assists the RM in managing business performance
-Runs the restaurant and exposed to all stations
-Monitors and analyzes sales performance; provides recommendations to improve sales performance for regular sales (dine in and take out)
-Marketing Support. Develops, recommends, implements and evaluates programs to support sales building tactics/directions for regular sales and assigned BCs of Jolly Kiddie Party (JKP) and bulk orders (BO); performs client calls and manages institutional selling
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business-related course
-At least 2 years as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a restaurant/ food service or retail outlet operations
-With strong leadership skills and possesses excellent customer service.
