Summary The VA Northern California Health Care System is currently recruiting for a full time Management and Program Analyst position within Primary Care Service located at the Mather Division. Oversee performance and quality assurance of one or more sections within the service, as well as serving data analysis needs of Primary Care Service as a whole. Manage and provide evaluation and guidance on both internal and external metrics directly impacting care delivery of all Primary Care. Responsibilities The Management and Program Analyst is responsible for the effectiveness of assigned operations in meeting goals and objectives established by national comparative analysis and local strategic plans. Oversees all data metrics that involve his/her assigned work and understands the accepted parameters and ranges of these metrics.
