Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate payroll payments and ensure that payments are made in accordance with stipulated policies and guidelines.
• Supervise a team of specialists and monitor daily operational activities in processing payroll transactions to ensure that payments and deductions are made timely and accurately.
• Analyze new policies and/or policy changes and assess the impact on systems and procedures.
• Establish processing procedures and enhance systems to operationalize these changes.
• Brainstorm possible scenarios and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure changes are implemented accurately in the system.
