We are seeking high-potential professionals to join our Leadership Executive Associate Program (LEAP) , a structured leadership acceleration program designed to develop future business leaders and successors within the organization .

This is not a traditional rotational role . It is an intensive and performance-driven program where Associates are expected to lead strategic initiatives, work directly with senior leadership, and deliver measurable business impact .

The successful candidates will take on ownership of critical business projects, gaining deep exposure to investment, operations, and strategic decision-making.
