Job Description
The Program
A hands-on rotational program across Project Sales, Product Distribution, and Service Maintenance. You will learn the full business cycle-from pitching to delivery-while working on major commercial and public infrastructure projects.
What You'll Do
- Client Engagement: Shadow senior leaders in meetings with key decision-makers (developers, contractors, consultants).
- Solution Design: Learn to read building plans and propose smart AV, acoustics, and collaboration systems.
- Bidding & Proposals: Help draft commercial tenders, technical compliance sheets, and pricing for government/corporate bids.
- Partnerships: Coordinate with top global hardware and tech brands to ensure smooth project execution.
- Pipeline Management: Track sales leads and contracts using CRM tools.
