Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the PROGRAM MANAGEMENT-INFO TECH DIVISION of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will establish business controls and management tools to ensure the design, acquisition, implementation and administration of IT systems. You will serve as the program and technical manager for multiple enterprise wide Information Technology Systems. You will provide leadership to subordinate commands to ensure adherence to standard archictecture. You will provide managerial and technical decisions required for corporate level system development. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
