Summary Incumbent serves as a management and program analyst for an organizational entity of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Provides a wide range of administrative and analytical duties in the conduct of projects and studies of substantive functions to improve the overall work operations of the organization assigned. Responsibilities Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) who specializes in the development of new and innovative approaches, methodologies, techniques, and process improvement, e.g., business acumen. Supports evaluating the relationships between major program changes and status of organizations through partnership with analysts and SMEs to create actionable products that provide predictive and prescriptive analytics to enable informed management decisions.
