Job Description
Summary About the Position: Perform as a senior Manpower Analyst in the Manpower Branch & Personnel, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Manning Division, supporting more than 2,400-posts United States (US) manpower contribution to over 80 multinational and international joint organizations at more than 50 locations in 20 countries. Responsibilities Represent the US in multinational forums under authorities delegated to the Commander, United States European Command (USEUCOM) by the Secretary of Defense and the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff. Primary assistant to the Branch Chief in reviewing, analyzing, and implementing policies established by strategic commands for US manpower contributions to NATO organizations. Manage annual budget, including forecasting, planning, prioritizing, and executing. Use knowledge of NATO structure, missions, programs, and organizational relationships to document/maintain the US manpower billets in the NATO Command Structure to NATO organizations. A...
