Summary This position is located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Office, Benefit Eligibility Support Team (BEST). The primary purpose of this role is to assist the BEST team and staff by advising on the effectiveness and efficiency of their programs and functions. Responsibilities The Management Analyst is responsible for providing qualitative and quantitative assessments of the wide range of division operations. Specific duties include: Coordinate and prepare responses to request input such as workload projection. Develops and writes reports for the BEST Manager and Assistant BEST Manager, including recommendations for improvements to ensure effective operations. Perform studies and analyses of management functions to improve management of the division, budget, and day-to-day operations.
