Responsibilities

• Monitoring and management of the network operation for MS projects
• Development of project network operation management methodology, including FLM, NOC and OSS domain
• Developing O&M Process, Procedure, Template, Tools, Regulations etc., and reinforce its execution
• Routine monitoring of network operation & performance management in terms of SLA & KPI
• Significant incident/CR management
• Procurement strategy development and subcontract management inside of project
• Quality, EHS, Internal control and Risk management
• Customer reporting, expectation management and value presentation
