Building Surveyor / Major Works / Project Surveyor – Hertfordshire (inner M25) - £60-70k + Bonus & Package
We’re working with an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Hertfordshire.
They manage an extensive portfolio of leasehold blocks and wider freehold estates across London, the inner M25 and home counties on behalf of freeholders, developers and leaseholders.
As a result of demand, coupled with a wish to bring more work back in-house (for both fee income and quality control), they now seek to hire an additional Building Surveyor / Major Works Surveyor for the delivery of major remedial work projects along with regular maintenance and professional building surveying services as follows:
* Degree or equivalent in Building Surveying (RICS not essential)
* 5 years Building Surveying experience
* Working remote/from home, visiting sites as required and the office once fortnightly for team updates.
