Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain process flow for an assigned workstream.
• Collaborate closely with your Team Leader and 'swarm' to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure uninterrupted process completion and strict adherence to established guidelines.
• Execute Operations & Stock Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of routines, leading the swarm to correctly handle tasks, and overseeing all teams to fill shelves and manage deliveries according to standards.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead on‑job training and coaching for team members, and champion a safe and healthy work environment.
• Maintain Store Standards: Ensure the evening team are filling to correct standards, prioritize shelf‑friendly packaging, and manage overstocks effectively.
• Resolve Issues Proactively: Timely escalate process‑related issues to the Function Lead for resolution.
