Job Description
Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe seeks a Performance & Business improver to optimize MAIT operations. You will manage master production planning, coordinate across AIT, production control and engineering, and drive lean improvements to reduce bottlenecks and improve on-time delivery.
You will lead cross-functional teams, apply PPS/PDCAs methodologies, and deliver actionable KPIs and dashboards for stakeholders, while adhering to quality, safety and company standards.
