Job description:

The Fitters department currently has a vacancy for a detail orientated, process-driven, dedicated individual to join and manage their team. This position requires someone who is able to work in a fast paced, demanding and pressurized environment. The Fitters Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Fitters team to ensure all mechanical equipment, machinery, and the plant operates efficiently, safely, and reliably. This role oversees preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Implement and manage the routine, planned and preventative maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment
• Monitor the quality and efficiency of teams’ work and report any issues or possible improvements to Engineering Manager and/or Directors
