Duties & Responsibilities
- Optimization of the mill’s technical performance
- Optimization of the mill’s machinery performance
- Optimization of the Packing department’s machinery performance (Feeds & Foods)
- Optimization of departmental workforce
- Compliance with HACCP and FSSC22000 standards
- Planning and performing of maintenance work including coordinating preventative maintenance projects and plans
- Perform inventory management
- Ensuring Asset Inspection and care
- Manage all mechanical and electrical breakdowns
- Energy and environmental impact management
- Budget preparation and adherence (track & control)
- Manage the job card system to get positive results on maintenance requirements
