About The Role
With a passion for care towards residents, families and team members, the Maintenance Worker II is responsible for maintaining the facility’s physical plant in a safe, clean and sanitary condition, ensuring that all utility, electrical, and mechanical systems are fully operational. The Maintenance Worker II is responsible for all security related functions for the facility as required in order to foster a safe and secure environment for all residents.
What You Will Do
- Operate and maintain the heating system and related controls (auxiliary equipment: pumps, fans, compressors, water softeners, hot water tanks, exchangers).
- Regularly perform preventative maintenance inspections on all facility systems.
- Complete inspection of building mechanical systems and log all readings, water tests, and conduct appropriate chemical treatment.
