The Maintenance Worker I, under supervision, maintains buildings and equipment for assigned department.
Responsibilities
+ Performs preventative maintenance, repairs and service work on machinery, equipment and fixtures.
+ Performs skilled trade work including painting, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, cementing and electrical work. Performs electrical and acetylene welding, brazing and soldering.
+ Moves heavy equipment and assists in special set-ups.
