**Job Description**
This role supports a high-volume manufacturing operation by ensuring that production equipment, conveyor systems, and automation run safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will perform both preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of industrial systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and conveyor systems to reduce unplanned downtime and extend equipment life.
+ Respond quickly to equipment issues and perform reactive maintenance to restore safe and efficient operation.
