Job Description
Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs on equipments and facility issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and safety risks
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns promptly
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists, and work orders
- Ensure tools, equipment, and spare parts are properly maintained and stored
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers
- Comply with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
Assist in emergency response situations (e.g. power failure, water leaks, fire alarms).
