Job Description
This role focuses on performing preventive maintenance and repairs on die cast equipment, rotating machinery, manual conveyors, and blast equipment in a clean, modern foundry environment. You will maintain a structured preventive maintenance schedule and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently while working independently on the third shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on die cast equipment, rotating machinery, manual conveyors, and blast equipment according to established schedules.
- Inspect mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and related systems to identify potential issues before they lead to equipment downtime.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, including components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.
