Role

Multi‑skilled Technician (MST) is a Preventive Maintenance and Focused Improvement specialist engaged to optimize the running and maintenance of equipment within the factory. Where breakdowns occur, the MST diagnoses and troubleshoots faults and recommends design improvements. The role is involved with setting the Maintenance Strategy and continuously improving machine reliability in the area assigned.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Mechanical skills and focused technician: uses technical expertise to provide engineering support, contributing to safety, quality, sustainability, and cost.
• Preventive maintenance specialist: uses time‑based and condition‑based strategies.
• Fully operational on mechanisms and motion, properly maintaining and troubleshooting assigned equipment.
