**Maintenance Technician ($22-26/hour)**
**Job Description**
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production machines that create a variety of condiments, including BBQ sauce, mustard, jams, and syrups. Your work will involve reading blueprints and schematics to effectively repair batching machines, conveyor systems, and packing machines. You will be responsible for both mechanical and electrical repairs, which include replacing motors and troubleshooting PLCs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Repair and maintain production machines used in condiment manufacturing.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to diagnose and resolve issues.
+ Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on batching, conveyor, and packing machines.
+ Troubleshoot and replace electric motors as needed.
+ Utilize troubleshooting skills to address issues with production machinery.
